Please note: We have recently replaced some of our Member Cards. The new cards start with “629”. If your Member Card is displaying a “card not active” message on MemberDirect, and you received one of these new cards, please ensure you are entering your new card number starting with “629” along with your existing personal access code.
As well if you are receiving a “card not active” message at the ATM or Point of Sale please ensure you are using your new card. Your existing PIN number should continue to work with your new card. Thanks for your patience……
