We’re making it easier to stay on top of your accounts. Starting with Term Renewal Notices, important notifications will now be sent to your email instead of your mailbox. It’s faster, more secure, and better for the environment.

We’re leaning into digital because it’s faster, greener, and simpler for you. Right now, that means if we have your email, your notices come by email. Today, members can’t pick paper and email — but we’re already working toward more choice and flexibility in the future.


Staying Secure with Email 

When you get a notice from us, here’s what you can count on: 

  • Emails come from Weyburn Credit Union using the domain @weyburncu.ca.

  • Notices are simple and clear—with links that go only to our official website or online banking.

  • No personal details will be included—we’ll never put account numbers, passwords, or codes in an email.

Remember: We’ll never ask you for confidential info or pressure you to act fast. If in doubt, skip the link and reach out to us directly.

We send notices only to the email address on your account, and we don’t include any account numbers or personal information in the notice itself. For your security, always sign in by typing our website address or using your saved bookmark.
We’re starting with Term Renewal Notices and will add more over time. Coming soon, you’ll also see things like mortgage renewals and a note when your Member Service Representative changes.
