We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team on a temporary contract. In this role, you’ll play an important part in turning data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization and strengthen marketing performance.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll serve as a key resource for marketing analytics, supporting data-driven decision-making across campaigns, digital platforms, website performance, and CRM systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance reporting, support initiatives like our Member Spark Rewards Program, and ensure data integrity across systems. From developing dashboards and analyzing campaign results to identifying trends, forecasting outcomes, and improving the overall member experience, your work will help shape strategic initiatives across the organization. We’re looking for someone who brings strong analytical thinking, a collaborative and service-focused approach, and the ability to turn complex data into insights others can easily understand and act on.
The salary range for this position is $60,279 to $82,883. Starting salary is based on qualifications and relevant experience.
What you’ll do:
• Collect, analyze and interpret data from campaigns, CRM systems, web analytics and other platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations to support organizational decision-making.
• Act as a go-to resource for marketing analytics and CRM-related questions and support.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance, targeting and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, user behaviour and key digital metrics.
• Support predictive analytics, including forecasting trends and member behaviour insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance systems, integrations and processes.
• Contribute to projects, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your SPARK (Qualifications):
• Post-secondary education in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, plus 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and marketing performance measurement. Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools (SQL or coding experience is an asset).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and present to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Information Technologist – Data Analytics

In this role, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization, while ensuring our analytics and CRM platforms are running smoothly and effectively.
Reporting to the VP of Technology, you’ll act as a key resource for data analytics and business intelligence, managing data-related requests and supporting tools and systems across the organization. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance reporting capabilities, support initiatives like our Member Spark Rewards Program, and help teams use data in practical, impactful ways. We’re looking for someone who brings both strong technical expertise and a service mindset. We want someone who can solve complex problems and communicate solutions in a clear, approachable way.
The salary range for this position is $60,279 to $82,883. Starting salary is based on qualifications and relevant experience.
What you’ll do:
• Support and maintain WCU’s analytics and reporting platforms.
• Develop dashboard, reports and models to support organizational decision-making.
• Act as a go-to resource for data analytics and CRM-related questions.
• Train and support staff in using analytics tool effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance systems and processes.
• Contribute to projects, system upgrades and continuous improvements.
Your SPARK (Qualifications):
• Some post-secondary education plus 1-2 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Experience with data analysis, regression analysis, forecasting and predictive modelling.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as R or Python. SQL experience would be considered an asset.
• Ability to draft and deliver presentations to executive/stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

As the Credit and Risk Operations Manager, you will provide leadership in credit and risk operations, legal recovery, and departmental management. This role plays a key part in coordinating and driving the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives by ensuring our strategic priorities move from ideas into action in a structured, consistent, and impactful way.
The salary range for this position is $74,269 to $102,120. Starting salary is based on qualifications and relevant experience.
What you’ll do:
As the Strategic Projects Execution Lead, you’ll work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are well-planned, aligned, and progressing effectively. You’ll be at the center of execution and help teams stay organized, accountable, and focused on results.
Key areas of focus include:
· Coordinating and supporting execution of strategic projects across the organization
