At Weyburn Credit Union, we believe banking should be personal. We're looking for a Member Service Representative to join our Weyburn team in a temporary full-time position with an unknown end date. As one of the first people our members connect with, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping our members achieve their financial well-being.

The salary range for this position is $40,800 to $56,100 annually.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Member Service Representative, you'll:
• Help members with day-to-day transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Build meaningful relationships and create exceptional member experiences.
• Listen for opportunities to connect members with the products and services that best meet their needs.
• Support members with digital banking and other account services.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and securely.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support member and organizational success.
What You’ll Bring
• Grade 12 diploma.
• One to three years of customer service, retail, cash handling, financial services, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The nitty-gritty

After the position closes, our HR team will work hard to create a short list of candidates. If you are selected for an interview, we'll contact you directly to set up a mutually agreeable time. Your interview will be conducted by a member of our HR team and the department manager. You should expect the interview to take between 45-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the position. We may ask you to fill out an additional employment assessment after the interview. All the information needed to access the assessment will be given to you at this time.
After we have completed all the interviews and received all the assessments, we will make our decision. You will be contacted from a member of our HR team, whether you were our chosen candidate or not.
