We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Contact Centre Rep. This is a temporary full-time contract for 12 months. The individual we are seeking should be located in Weyburn, SK or within a reasonable commute.
As a Contact Centre Rep, you are integral to the success of WCU. Under the general supervision of the Contact Center Manager, the Contact Centre Rep will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet our members’ financial goals and needs. You will be responsible for receiving member phone calls and other communications. You will attend to requests and solve problems in a courteous and professional manner. Your work will focus primarily on completing requests related to retail or personal accounts, basic investment products, cards, and online banking.
The starting salary for this position is $44,880.

Marketing Analyst
Temporary Full Time 12 Month Contract - On-site

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team on a temporary contract. In this role, you’ll play an important part in turning data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization and strengthen marketing performance.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll serve as a key resource for marketing analytics, supporting data-driven decision-making across campaigns, digital platforms, website performance, and CRM systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance reporting, support initiatives like our Member Spark Rewards Program, and ensure data integrity across systems. From developing dashboards and analyzing campaign results to identifying trends, forecasting outcomes, and improving the overall member experience, your work will help shape strategic initiatives across the organization. We’re looking for someone who brings strong analytical thinking, a collaborative and service-focused approach, and the ability to turn complex data into insights others can easily understand and act on.
The salary range for this position is $60,279 to $82,883. Starting salary is based on qualifications and relevant experience.
What you’ll do:
• Collect, analyze and interpret data from campaigns, CRM systems, web analytics and other platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations to support organizational decision-making.
• Act as a go-to resource for marketing analytics and CRM-related questions and support.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance, targeting and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, user behaviour and key digital metrics.
• Support predictive analytics, including forecasting trends and member behaviour insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance systems, integrations and processes.
• Contribute to projects, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your SPARK (Qualifications):
• Post-secondary education in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, plus 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and marketing performance measurement. Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools (SQL or coding experience is an asset).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and present to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Credit and Risk Operations Manager

We are seeking a senior credit and risk leader with deep expertise in complex lending and a passion for building high-performing teams. This role plays a critical part in shaping lending practices, guiding credit decisions, and ensuring strong risk management across the organization.
As the Credit and Risk Operations Manager, you will provide leadership across credit and risk operations, legal recovery, and departmental management. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will lead complex credit decision-making, provide technical direction across lending, and ensure effective risk mitigation and portfolio performance. You will work closely with leaders and teams across the organization to support sound lending practices while delivering an excellent experience for both internal and external members.
The salary range for this position is $96,520 to $132,715. Starting salary is based on qualifications and relevant experience.
Key areas of focus include:
• Leading and approving large, complex credit applications, including participation loans.
• Providing technical direction and guidance across consumer, commercial, and agricultural lending.
• Ensuring loan profitability through effective application of rates, fees, and lending structures.
• Overseeing credit risk management, including delinquency, collections, and loss mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, risk trends, and delinquency metrics.
• Supporting the development, implementation, and refinement of credit policies, procedures, and lending products.
• Leading legal recovery processes, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, and complex credit files.
• Conducting or overseeing credit investigations, security reviews, and risk analysis to proactively address emerging risks.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team while fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
