We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a Member Service Representative (MSR). This is a temporary contract until January 2027. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.
As an MSR, you will be an integral part of the ‘Frontline’ and to the success of the WCU. Under the supervision of the Member Service Rep Supervisor, the MSR will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members. You will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet our members’ financial goals and needs.
The salary for the position is $23.21 per hour.

As the Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer (CSSO), you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Your Spark:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, or related field.

This is a temporary full-time contract for eighteen (18) months starting late July 2025. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Lang, SK.
As an MSR, you will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members. You will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet out members’ financial goals and needs.
