We're currently looking for a Commercial/Agricultural Relationship Manager to lead our Com/Ag Relationship team. This role is focused on creating exceptional member experience by building a strong team culture, coaching employees to reach their full potential, and ensuring our commercial and agricultural members receive expert advice and outstanding service. While the role maintains involvement in complex lending and portfolio oversight, success in this position comes through leading people, fostering the member experience and relationships, and driving team performance.
The salary range for this position is $96,520 to $132,715. Starting salary is based on qualifications and relevant experience.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Commercial/Agricultural Relationship Specialists.
- Fostering a positive, high-performing culture that aligns with WCU values and member experience goals.
- Conducting regular coaching conversations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development and succession planning.
- Supporting business development activities and helping team members strengthen member relationships.
- Providing guidance and expertise on commercial and agricultural lending decisions and complex member situations.
- Monitoring portfolio quality, lending performance, and departmental results.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall member experience.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
- A diploma or degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial and/or agricultural financial services, including significant exposure to lending and portfolio management.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and motivating employees.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Sound knowledge of commercial and agricultural lending practices, risk management principles, and portfolio oversight.
- Experience providing guidance and support on complex member and lending situations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive team culture and exceptional member experience.
- Knowledge of the credit union system would be considered an asset.

We are seeking an experienced office administration professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The individual will have proven success in an administrative capacity and the ability to work autonomously and provide impeccable customer service.
As the Administrative Assistant at WCU, you will ensure smooth and seamless office operations. You will support all members of WCU staff and work closely with department and executive managers. Under the direction of the Executive Assistant, you will maintain a rapport with our suppliers and other external contacts. You will be responsible for the distribution of corporate wear, keeping office supplies and amenities stocked and in order, and arranging necessities for staff meetings and gatherings as required.
This position is a temporary contract until July 2027. The salary range for this position is $40,800 to $56,100 annually and is based on experience.

As a Loan Support Representative, you will play an important role in supporting the administration of our lending operations. Working closely with lenders, support staff, members, legal professionals, realtors, and external partners, you will help ensure loan transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while contributing to an exceptional member experience. You will also serve as a key point of contact for members and visitors, providing professional reception and administrative support.
The salary range for this position is $40,800 to $56,100 annually and is based on experience.

What You’ll Do:
· Process and administer a variety of consumer lending transactions, including loan payouts, new loan disbursements, modifications, and dealer financing.
· Maintain and manage loan documentation and electronic records .
· Coordinate with members, realtors, law offices, insurance providers, and other external parties to facilitate loan transactions.
· Support lending teams by monitoring loan control items and assisting with corrective actions when required.
· Maintain and release lending securities and ensure records are current and accurate.
· Provide reception services, answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments.
· Provide outstanding service to both internal and external members while supporting WCU's Sales and Service standards and Culture Code.
Your SPARK (Qualifications):
· Minimum Grade 12 education with preference for post-secondary education, plus 1-3 years of office administration or clerical experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

The Chief Member Experience Officer is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of member experience, sales, service, advice, and support functions across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role champions a member-centric culture while driving growth, operational excellence, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
The position provides leadership to the Senior Manager of Member Experience, Senior Manager of Wealth Management, and Manager of Support Services, while collaborating closely with leaders across the organization to advance strategic priorities and strengthen member relationships.
