You have a say in how our credit union is run. We are owned by our members – the people who bank with us. It's our members who elect our Board of Directors on the premise of “one member, one vote.” That's why we always have our members' best interests at heart.

Tie Vote – Help Us Break the Tie

Our recent Board of Directors election resulted in a tie for the fourth (and final) position.

To ensure a fair outcome, we will hold a runoff election between the tied candidates.

Voting will take place from April 8 to April 14, giving members another opportunity to have their say.

How to Vote

Here's all you need to know about our Election Process.

Access the Election Portal

Beginning April 8, click the Elections link below to open the secure voting portal.

Vote Now

Sign In

You will be asked to sign in before voting. Use the following information:

  • Your Share Account Number
  • Your Last Name.

Review the Candidates

Once signed in, you will see your two candidates. You can click on each candidate’s bio to learn more about their experience and qualifications.

Cast Your Vote

  • Select the candidate you wish to vote for.

  • Confirm your voting consent and click “Go to Ballot Confirmation.”

  • On the confirmation page, review your selection and click “Submit” to complete your vote.

You may choose to have a confirmation of your vote emailed to you for your records.

FAQ

To vote in the Board of Directors election, you must be:
  • A Weyburn Credit Union member in good standing with a paid member share
  • 16 years of age or older
You can find your share account number on your account statement, or by logging in to online or mobile app banking.
You can visit any of our branches and we will help you complete your online vote. Our staff can assist you in accessing the Elections portal using one of our computers or iPads.
Voting closes on April 14 at 4 pm.
You will be asked to confirm your vote before submitting, and you may choose to have a confirmation emailed to you.
If you are voting on behalf of a business account, please call us at 306-842-6641 or visit a branch and we will assist you with placing your vote.

Meet your Candidates

Matt Caudill
Incumbent

Matt values the cooperative model and is proud to serve the members of Weyburn Credit Union. He has served on the Board of Directors for nine years, including roles as Second Vice Chair and Board Chair.


Matt has lived in the Weyburn area for nearly 20 years with his wife Regan and their two children. He works as Assistant Caretaking Supervisor with the Southeast Cornerstone School Division.


Jody Holzmiller,
Incumbent

Jody has called Weyburn home since 2005 and currently serves as President and CEO of Southeast College. She previously served a three-year term on the Weyburn Credit Union Board and returned in April 2025 to complete a one-year term.


She was a founding member of the local Lions Club and has volunteered as a coach with the Weyburn Special Olympics bowling team.
