COVID-19 Update

We have temporarily closed the Lang advice centre due to a team member testing positive for COVID-19. The Lang branch will re-open again on Thursday, May 13. Until then, Yellow Grass and Weyburn branches are here to support all your banking needs. If you need assistance, please call our Contact Centre at 306-842-6641 or the Yellow Grass branch at 306-465-4200. Ways to bank during COVID-19 include:

  • Digital Banking: When possible, bank from home. Virtually all your banking can be completed digitally through our online, mobile or app banking. 
  • Contact Centre: Our Contact Centre is located right in downtown Weyburn, so your call is always answered by a live human. 
  • Video and Telephone Appointments: For more specialized service and advice, we do have phone and virtual appointments available with all our experts.
  • Only visit a branch when required.
  • If a branch visit is needed, we ask that you follow health and government guidelines:
    • Wear a mask,
    • Wash or sanitize your hands, and
    • Maintain a 2-meter distance from our staff and other members.
  • Do not visit a branch if you are not feeling well or have travelled.

At the very beginning of the pandemic, we said: “Right now, your health and safety are our top priority. We know there's a lot going on, but we're committed to keeping you informed and giving you the support you need. We are and will continue to follow government recommendations and continue to act responsibly to slow the spread of the virus.” In this, we haven’t wavered.
