We are Enhancing Health & Safety Measures for our Branch Locations.

It's not because we don't want to see you; we love our visits with you.

Nor do we want to make service onerous or inconvenient.  But the safety of our members and staff must come first.  We ask you not to visit our branch locations unless you have no other alternative; let's save the face-to-face interactions for another day.

Effective April 1: Temporary Reduced Hours at Weyburn Branch

We’re committed to promoting the health, safety and well-being of our employees, members and communities. For that reason, we’ve decided to temporarily reduce hours while still providing essential banking services to our members.

As of Wednesday, April 1, Weyburn Branch will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m, Monday through Friday. Remember, try not to visit any branch location unless it is absolutely necessary - access remains restricted to the northeast entrance and all visitors will be screened.

Our Contact Centre will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. As well, all of our specialists will be available for appointments between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - telephone appointments are strongly encouraged. As well, virtually all of your everyday banking can be completely by our online, mobile or app banking channels!

Effective March 23: Enhanced Health & Safety Measures

The COVID-19 pandemic is escalating rapidly and given the provincial government mandates, we are compelled to do our part to flatten the curve. We know you're concerned too; we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we work through this unprecedented time with you.  We urge you to heed the direction of the government and health officials. Choosing not to follow these directions (and it is a choice) puts our people - staff, members and community - at risk.

Financial services are considered an essential service and a very necessary function - just like health care, grocery stores, public safety and more. As such, we are committed to providing these essential services to our community - we're here for you (still).  How we provide the service is changing for now.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Bank digitally.  Virtually all daily banking can be done from the comfort and safety of your home.
  2. Phone us. We can handle almost every service request over the phone.  Need a loan? No problem. Credit card? We have you covered.  Deferral of your mortgage or other financial relief? Yep, that too. You don't need to see us in person to get the service you require. Pick up the phone; we're here to help.
  3. Please, don’t visit our branch location unless absolutely necessary! If you do, please be advised that we are enhancing our health and safety measures. If you would like to meet with a specialist, please call ahead to book an appointment - this will ensure availability and limit your exposure.

Here's what to expect when visiting a branch.

Starting Monday, March 23, access to our branches will be limited. Weyburn Branch access will be restricted to the north-east entrance to allow for guest screening.  Yellow Grass and Lang Branch doors will remain locked; access will be allowed after visitor screening.

Upon entry, our team will greet you and ask questions such as:

Are you feeling well today?

If you are feeling poorly, please do not attend our branch locations. Rather, phone our Contact Center; they ready and willing to serve you or advise you on how you can be served differently - please call 306-842-6641.

Have you travelled in the last 14 days?

If so, please do not attend our branch locations. Rather, phone our Contact Center; they ready and willing to serve you or advise you on how you can be served differently - please call 306-842-6641.

If an in-person visit isn't required, you may be asked to use an alternative banking avenue.

You will be asked to use hand sanitizer.

You will be asked to maintain a safe distance (2m as per Government of Saskatchewan law) from other members and employees

No Exceptions. We're striving to keep you healthy and we ask you do the same for us.

This is new to us too.

Change is hard, we get it; it's hard for us too.  It's hard for our staff; they are nervous about putting their health on the line to provide a vital and necessary service - we applaud them - and ask you to respect them.  They are here because they care about you.

Today, like every day, we put people first.  We ask you to do the same.  We are all in this together.

We can and will move through this crisis and on to a better and brighter future (and it can't come soon enough for us either!). Be kind and stay healthy.
