Service Outage for ATMs

November 10: Update

Our apologies to you, our drive-through ATM will remain unavailable today. Please continue to use our lobby ATM or visit our great team of Member Service Reps who are only too happy to serve you.

Unfortunately, we ran into trouble with a component while installing our new drive-through ATM yesterday. We are in the process of replacing the part and will update you as to when it will be available again. We are trying our best to have the ATM up and running for you today, but since the part is being brought in from Saskatoon, we can’t make that promise. What we can promise is we are doing our best to bring our ATM back online, especially given the long weekend. We are prepared to continue to work on it Saturday to restore service to you, but we are hoping to have it online again before then.

We appreciate your understanding and patience with this service disruption. We are committed to providing you with extraordinary service, so we are genuinely sorry for this service outage.


November 7: We are Installing new ATMS! Faster, Smarter and more Secure.

ATM Service Disruption for November 8 + 9

The good news is we are installing new ATMs with improved functionality and speed!  The bad news is there will be a disruption to your service.  We will be installing new ATMS on November 8 + 9, during that time one ATM will be available while the other is being installed. And our friendly Member Service Reps are happy to help you - as always!

The lobby ATM will be unavailable on November 8, but if all goes as planned it will be in service again at the end of the day.  The drive-through ATM will be unavailable November 9.

Regarding the good news, our new ATMs are:

  • Faster! Enjoy quicker transaction times.
  • More Secure! With new anti-skimming technology and privacy screens.
  • Smarter!  Now you can make deposits without an envelope - and it's smart enough to read your cash and cheques for you!
