A new digital experience.

Here's what you need to know right now:

  • MemberDirect, our current website, app and online banking, will be unavailable on August 15 until our launch on August 16.
  • Existing app and digital banking users will be able to log in using their existing credentials if we have your email and mobile phone number on file.
  • If you use our app, you will need to download a new app. IOS users will be prompted to install an update. Android users will be asked to delete the old app and reinstall a new one. Links and instructions will be provided on or closer to our launch.

To-dos before launch

  • Any scheduled transfers or payments you had manually setup in MemberDirect will need to be setup again in Xpress. Please jot down the details or your scheduled transfers and payments.
  • Any alerts that were set up in your current internet banking will not carry over. Take note of your current alerts so you can set them up in Xpress.
  • While we don’t expect to have any problems migrating your e-transfer contacts, you may want to consider downloading your current e-transfer contact list as an emergency backup.

a Simple Transition

Most members will be able to access the new app or digital banking easily and completely on their own with no intervention from us. However, for a seamless transition, please ensure we have your mobile number and email address; the information will be used to authenticate your access and smoothly transition you to the new platform.
