We'd love to hear about your experience with us! It's our mission to deliver an exceptional member experience, provide expert financial advice and use our profits for your good. We'd love to know if we're living up to that commitment to you.

We've partnered with Qualtrics on our new member feedback program. As part of the program, you may receive an email after visiting us or on a random basis.  When receiving an email invitation  to complete a survey, the survey will appear to come from “Weyburn Credit Union” at “weyburncu@qualtrics-research.com”. At no time will you be asked to share any financial, account or personal information; we are only asking for feedback about your experience with us. We will use your feedback to make future experiences with us better and brighter.

To say thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, members who complete our survey before December 31, 2021 will be automatically entered in a draw for a cash prize of $250. If you want to be a part of our member feedback program, all you need to do is have a valid email address on file with us; give us a call and we will be happy to add one for you! If you don't want to be a part of it, simply unsubscribe when you receive an email and we promise you won't receive anything further.
